Level 7 is the top-of-the-line of the AnyBook Professional Series. A full-featured business program for small or medium sized publishers, it has all of the features of Level 1 through 6 plus more. Those features include the ability to generate invoices and billing statements, keep track of inventory, handle returns, produce sales reports, track consignment items, create customer mailing lists, calculate shipping weights, prepare bank deposit reports, process back orders, and process multi-packages. Invoices and statements can be printed or sent via email or PDF.

This version includes integrated email. With a press of a button, you can email an invoice and to your customers. It even has a bulk emailing application which allows you to send out thousands of emails.

It can work side by side with e-commerce software. In particular, shopping cart data can be moved in and out of the program.

The program comes with Real Time inventory processing providing up-to-the-second information on inventory. It will signal you when inventory reaches a critically low level. The program is fully barcode compatible and is able to read and print barcodes.

Additional features include a unique customer command center, built-in scheduler, support for SAN, Fed ID, VAT, GST numbers, track customer life-time values, create royalty log files. It has tax calculation features for US, European, VAT and Canadian GST/PST taxes. Invoices can be converted to other languages.

The networked version of the Level 7 program includes a separate program called the Rover Module. It can also be used to divide a business into separate divisions or maintain separate accounts.

Topping off an already impressive list are integrated credit card processing, proforma invoicing, standing order module, comprehensive purchase order system, and one of the finest royalty accounting systems available.
